We’re sorry to announce that due to a lack of entries, we’ve had to cancel the Spry Trial 2019 which was going to take place this Sunday. Our next trial is the Launceston Trial which takes place on the 10th of February. We also hope to see everyone at the Northgate Trial which is taking place on the 31st of March.

This single venue classic trial for both motorcycles and cars is held in Lew & Eastcott Woods, Near Lewdown (approx. 10 miles from Launceston) and will take place on Sunday the 10th of February.

Introducing Our New Online Trials Entry System
We have been working behind the scenes of an online entry system for the website as there has been some demand for it. We will be using it for our trials going forward. We are still going to be accepting paper entries as well.
The Testing Trial is the first event we have added to the entry system which takes place in a little under two weeks.
To use the entry system follow this link https://www.lncmc.co.uk/online-entry/ and then click on the register link to register your details. You can then login and make a trials entry. Please don’t be put off by the length of the registration form as you only need to fill out the sections that are relevant to you.
Payments are accepted through Paypal but you don’t require a Paypal account to pay your entry. You can enter your card details on Paypal’s website when submitting your entry to pay as a guest.

The trial will take place on Sunday 12th August 2018 at Cannaframe Farm, Trewint, Cornwall, PL15 7SD (entrance to the venue) (Map Ref: 201211/792) and will consist of a number of observed tests. Marks will be awarded for completion of each test or section correctly as well as times taken where appropriate. There will be a number of tests and rounds dependent on time and size.
It is hoped there will be a BBQ provided where hot food will be available to purchase with funds going to the Club’s charity.
Additionally, due to GDRP we are going to need to get consent from club members to continue sending out emails about our upcoming events. So if you receive emails from us regarding events and wish to continue doing so then please sign up to our mailing list.

Windwhistle Motor Club Need Marshals For Their Bovey Trial 2018
We have received a call for marshals from Anna Robinson who’s part of the Windwhistle Motor Club, for their Bovey Trial in April;

In 2018, we are pleased to be able to run this non-championship event again and this year the event will be held 3 weeks after the Lands End trial.
With sections run in 3 groups, coffee breaks with onsite catering and toilet facilities, it serves well as a great social event and a great season finale for the West Country events.
However, we need marshals – we are looking for a minimum of 30 to be able to run all these sections, so if you are not planning to enter, why not make up a car-full and have a good day’s motorsport in East Devon.

Cancellation of The Spry Trial 2018
We’re sorry to announce that we have had to cancel The Spry Trial 2018 due to the recent wet weather. The ground at the new venue is too water logged which might have resulted in significant damage to the terrain had we run the trial. This may have resulted in us losing permission to use the venue for future events. We are now looking to use the new venue for the Northgate Trial 2018 in April.
